Job Description

We are looking for Customer service officer to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry.

Job Description:

  • Handle phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Update customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers as promised and ensure timely resolution.
  • Escalate issues to management as needed for resolution.
  • Prepare and process requests such as policy summaries and beneficiary info accurately.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet service request requirements.
  • Deliver service requests according to established standards.
  • Take on additional projects or responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum A Levels or a Diploma with relevant work experience.
  • Candidates with live-chat experiences are preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Friendly and positive demeanor.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous.
  • High integrity, accountable for work, with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
