We are looking for Part-time Customer Service Officers to work together with us in a great & positive working environment at our tuition centres island-wide.
(Students that are interested to gain experience in customer service excellence are welcome to join us!)
Provide friendly and professional assistance to students, parents, and visitors entering the tuition centre, addressing inquiries about programs, schedules, and services.
- Aid in the registration process for new students, including paperwork completion and fee collection.
Manage phone calls, emails, and appointments promptly and courteously.- Maintain a clean shopfront and assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.

You will be working with mostly pen, paper & laptops, learning the INs and OUTs of customer service & operations management, improving the experiences of our clients, and levelling up in your personal experience in dealing with people.- Lastly, we will pay you a GOOD salary because we all need money to survive, don't we We are NOT low-balling employers who try to cut you by giving you a low salary and telling you to you learn first, we see how next time... but the next time never comes
- We are looking for suitable Part-time Customer Service Officers to work on:
Mondays to Fridays: 2:30pm to 9:30pm- Saturdays and Sundays: 8:30am to 7:00pm
(Must be able to commit for minimally 1 year, at least 2 days a week out of the days listed)
