Position: Customer Service Reception

• Location: Somerset / Tanjong Pagar
• Working Day: 6 days (Mon-Fri 10am -7pm / Sat 10am - 6pm)
• $2,500 - $3,500 (Depending on experience)

Requirements:

• Good telephone etiquette
• Preferably with experience in similar/related industry Spa, Hotels, Airlines, Customer Service and etc.

Job Description:

• Answering calls
• Schedule appointments for client
• Roster customers to their therapist
• Possess a warm and friendly attitude to welcome customers.
• Other ad-hoc duties when assigned.
