Greet and assist visitors, staff, and external parties in a friendly and professional manner.
Address and resolve inquiries or issues from employees at all levels.
Provide support to staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Handle general administrative tasks, including answering calls, managing schedules, and maintaining office records.
Foster a welcoming, service-oriented environment as the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
GCE O-Level, A-Level, Diploma (in any discipline), or equivalent qualifications.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., receptionist, office administrator, customer service).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Native fluency in any of the below languages 1) Mizo or Burmese (Myanmar) language is preferred. Also open for candidates with Bahasa Indonesia or Tagalog native fluency.
