Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, staff, and external parties in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Address and resolve inquiries or issues from employees at all levels.
  • Provide support to staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including answering calls, managing schedules, and maintaining office records.
  • Foster a welcoming, service-oriented environment as the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • GCE O-Level, A-Level, Diploma (in any discipline), or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., receptionist, office administrator, customer service).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Native fluency in any of the below languages 1) Mizo or Burmese (Myanmar) language is preferred. Also open for candidates with Bahasa Indonesia or Tagalog native fluency.
  • Service-oriented with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
