Job Description

  • Managing and coordinating Sea Import/Exports shipments.
  • Follow up with airlines/oversea offices on any short-landed, damaged or discrepancy cargo
  • Answering to customer's inquiries and handling customer's complaints.
  • Preparing of payment vouchers, verifications of vendor costings, closing of all shipment files and filling of documents.
  • Any other task assigned by the superior
