Customer Service officer

This position reports to the company's operation manager and interfaces with the clinic naturopaths and clients. The officer's role is to support good customer relations, ensure and adopt continuous improvement in service standards, ensure all operational processes run smoothly and cost-efficiently, manage inventory and orders, and provide technical support for the naturopaths. The officer is expected to use digital skills in various in-clinic operation processes.
