Job Description

  • Support customer inquiries and troubleshoot complaints via various means (Emails/ Calls/ WA) in a timely manner
  • Understand & explain company's product and provide appropriate recommendations
  • Provide prices and prepare quotes for customers
  • Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions / databases
  • Proactively monitor customer's orders and resolve issues before it becomes critical
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver customer's request(s)
  • Build, maintain good relationship with our customers and suppliers and ensure high customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Able to speak proficiently in different language)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
