Job Duties:
. Assist the Customer Service team in answering customer inquiries through phone, email or WhatsApp support channels.
. Process orders accurately by checking, printing, scanning the Collection Order/ Delivery Order (CODO), matching with Purchase Order (PO).
. Ensure that customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner by liaising with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction.
. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customers interactions and follow-up actions taken.
. Prepare monthly reports / consolidated figures as required by the Customer.
. Submission of daily collections to NEA e-tracking system.
. Coordinate with Transport department to arrange and schedule collection date and time.
. Liaise with Operations on details of Customer's requirements.
. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
. Maintain a positive and professional work ethics while working with customers and other team members.
Requirement:
. Minimum GCE N/O Levels with 2 years of experience in a similar role.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
. Customer service oriented, positive and highly motivated individual.
. Target driven and possessed can-do attitude.
. Excellent communication skill.
. Well-groomed, good interpersonal skills and confident.
