Job Responsibilities: . Answer high-volume inbound calls and respond to inquiries related to imaging services. . Manage all dial in booking and WhatsApp/online scheduling. . Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately. . Educate patients on MRI examinations and address their concerns with empathy . Collaborate with medical staff to resolve issues efficiently. . Maintain confidentiality in compliance with PDPA regulations. . Administration: Compile statistics, support marketing activities and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements: . Minimum GCE O Levels . Previous experience in a customer support role . Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening . Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types . Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
