.Provide support and quality customer service to clients.
.To assist on customers / suppliers inquiries via phone call or email promptly.
(Liaise with different party for shipment delivery schedules)
.Manage telephone enquiries in a professional manner.
.Take note of customers requests and follow-up actions to fulfil customer's request
.Work and coordinate with customers for shipment delivery schedule
.Handle client complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
.Maintain and update customer's records.
.To upkeep and file related documentations on time and accurately.
(E.g. delivery orders, shipping documents, boat vouchers and transaction records are well-maintained. etc).
.Maintain a good relationship and rapport with vessel crew, officers and representative.
.To perform other job-related functions as and when necessary as directed by Superior.
Job Requirements
.Minimum O level/Diploma or any other equivalent.
.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
.Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and able to work independently.
.Passion for customer service and a good team player.
.Training will be provided.
