Job Scope
Manage and inspire a high-performing customer service team to consistently deliver excellence in the order-to-cash process.
Work closely with sales leaders and global/regional teams to drive revenue goals and streamline order management.
Oversee the full cycle of customer order process, from booking to shipment, and handle critical customer complaints with prompt, professional resolutions.
Establish and refine customer service procedures, including SOPs and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes, in line with company guidelines.
Prepare weekly reports, analyze data to identify trends, and make actionable recommendations to enhance customer service.
Build a culture of inclusivity, excellence, and continuous development, supporting team members to reach outstanding results
Requirements
Degree in BA/ BS/ Logistic/ Supply Chain or any relevant field
Proficient in Excel and Data analytics
