Job Description:
- Answering calls
- Schedule appointments for client
- Roster customers to their therapist
- Possess a warm and friendly attitude to welcome customers.
- Other ad-hoc duties when assigned.
Requirements:
- Good telephone etiquette
- Preferably with experience in similar/related industry Spa, Hotels, Airlines, Customer Service and etc.
