Customer Service Reprensentative

Our client :

A leading supplier in food distribution industry

5.5 days work week

West region, Pandan loop

Up to $2800 (depend on experiences)Performance bonus

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and process sales orders and quotations

- Coordinate and liaise with clients on their enquires on the products, services and order status

- Build and maintain strong rapport with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Work closely with various stakeholders in the company

-prepare regular reports on sales, client feedbacks and KPI

Requirements:

Diploma with 2 years working experience as customer service in B2B environment in an advantage

Able to handle both English and Chinese written documentsProficiency in CRM system and MS Office
