Job Description

Company: Our client is a multinational corporation specializing in port services within the Southeast Asia region.

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences and resolving technical issues within the mechanical domain. Responsibilities include:

. Utilize fundamental mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve on-site problems efficiently. This could involve planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management and execution of services.

. Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to address and resolve after-sales issues promptly.

. Collaborate with the internal teams to discuss and implement solutions for customer concerns.

. Conduct regular periodic visits to clients for assessing service quality and address any emerging needs.

. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our services.

. Acquire good understanding of engineering principles and best practices within the specific field.

. Demonstrate adaptability by managing additional tasks as required to support overall company objectives and business domain.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

. Prior experience in a mechanical role or similar industry is essential.

. Proven experiences in customer service and relationship management.

. Degree in Mechanical engineering or related field with at least 3 years of experience.

. Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.

. Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise effectively with stakeholders in the region.

. Flexibility to adapt to evolving job responsibilities and a dynamic work environment.

. Enthusiasm for learning and the ability to thrive in a challenging work environment.

. The selected candidate will join a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional customer service within the context of the company's operations in Southeast Asia.
