Job Description

· Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email in a positive and professional attitude.

· Take an extra mile to engage customers.

· Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

· Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

· Provide information about services and promotions.

· Schedule appointments.

· Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system, including sales closing and settlements.

· Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless service.

· Adhere to privacy regulations and industry standards.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Internship, Freelance, Student job
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $
  • 00 - $13.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 12 24 per week
