Responsibilities
- Prepare and process sales orders and quotations
- Coordinate and liaise with clients on their enquires on the products, services and order status
- Build and maintain strong rapport with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with various stakeholders in the company
- Prepare regular reports on sales, client feedbacks and KPI
Requirements
- Diploma with 2 years working experience as customer service in B2B environment in an advantage
- Able to handle both English and Chinese written documents
- Able to travel to the customer's location to resolve issues as they arise.
- Proficiency in CRM system and MS Office
