Job Summary:
To provide timely response to specific enquiries, orders and information required by customers and Account Managers to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
To perform accurate entries of all sales orders into the SAP system and maintain up-to-date customers order status as well as ensure timely delivery
To respond to all customers enquiries, requests for information and feedback on a timely basis
To provide support to sales team on customers requests and issues and provide appropriate solutions to enhance overall customers satisfaction
To work closely with cross functions like Manufacturing, Product Managers, Finance, Logistics, Quality, Field Service and Sales to develop successful business relationship with customers
To ensure proper documentation and order processes are in compliance with corporate policies on order and revenue recognition, pricing and standard procedures
To perform other duties as assigned
Requisite Criteria & Skills
Possesses Diploma / Certificate in Business Administration with at least 2-3 years relevant working experience from a semiconductors sales and marketing environment.
Has strong communication skills and is service oriented.
Preferably with SAP experience.
Has maturity, is independent and possesses accountability as well as ownership.
Able to work as a team.
Focus on accuracy and strategies, able to perform critical thinking.
Willingness to learn and practice continuous improvement to strive for excellence.
Ability to be an independent problem solver and perform critical thinking
