Key Responsibilities:
Order Management :
- Create and validate customer orders in SAP, ensuring all necessary checks are completed.
- Confirm material availability, set delivery dates, and release sales orders.
- Work with Planning and Finance teams to resolve any issues blocking orders.
- Process customer payments, including invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Maintain customer relationships and coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers for smooth order execution.
- Prepare and review documents for LC payment term orders.
Order Fulfillment:
- Coordinate with 3PL for inventory picking, outbound documentation (OBD), and shipment arrangement.
- Confirm product picking lists and lead times with 3PL to ensure timely loading and delivery.
- Keep customers updated on order status and escalate any non-conformances or delays.
- Monitor shipments, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and confirm delivery completion.
- Prepare shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list, COA) and send them to customers.
- Proactively monitor 3PL performance to avoid late deliveries and prevent customer complaints.
Other Adhoc Duties:
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, including non-technical issues and quality notifications.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and liaise with relevant internal teams to resolve issues.
- Suggest solutions for operational interruptions and escalate to the Customer Service Manager when needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety and sustainability requirements and report any concerns to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Supply Chian Management with 2 year working experience
- Knowledge of SAP or similar order management systems.
