You will be responsible for daily operations and customer service activities and will require strong analytical skills, attention to details, willing to assist our customers with a cheerful mindset and the ability to implement successful business strategies.
Responsibilities:
Handling daily delivery communication and follow ups
Responsible for order management and CRM
Customer service and enquiries
Engage in operation and business processes
General administrative duties including payments, orders, databases & website
The Person:
The applicant must be adept, proficient, highly motivated, can endure immense work pressure and be very dependable.
1 - 2 years working experience in a similar environment although fresh grads would also be considered
Good command of spoken and written English

Working hours:
Full Time-Monday to Friday in office ,1 day WFH after probation
Part Time - Monday to Friday in office(8am-
- 30pm) Monday & Friday. WFH environment can be discussed.
Salary : Depend on experience
