• Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrating Excellent Customer Service Standards:

Infuse each interaction with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring our members feel valued and supported.

• Communicating with Members and Handling Inquiries/Complaints:

Be the friendly voice our members can rely on, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with a smile.

• Performing Check-In and Check-Out:

Streamline the member experience by efficiently managing check-ins and check-outs, making every visit seamless.

• Multi-Tasking with Customer Service & Sales:

Embrace a dual role, engaging with members while contributing to our studio's success through sales.

• Meeting Individual and Studio Sales Targets:

Take pride in helping individuals achieve their fitness goals while contributing to the overall success of our studio.

• Maintenance/Cleaning of Studio Assets:

Play a key role in maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere for our members.

• Stock Counts and Inventory Management:

Keep our studio well-stocked by conducting regular counts of consumables, assets, and merchandise.

• Adaptable Team Player:

Tackle any other tasks that come your way, contributing to the overall success and positive atmosphere of our studio.

Do note that there is a minimum 6 months commitment required for this role.
