Job Description:- Provides office and administrative support.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls- Support Service Operations
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Create or open RMA cases for customers
Communicating with clients and customers about their experiences with a product or service- Providing advice on repair services and updates
Answering customer questions about properly using or accessing a product or service.
- Listening to customer complaints or concerns and working to resolve their issues.
Ensuring cleanliness in the Service Centre counters.- Resolves service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
Generating reports as required by Management
- Perform adhere tasks as required by Management
The work location is subject to the schedule and arrangement within the department and includes two possible locations:
i) First Location:
-Hours: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM
ii) Second Location:
-Full Shift: 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM
-Morning Shift: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM
-Afternoon Shift: 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM
- Both locations operate on a 5-day week.
Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays.
- The locations are conveniently close to MRT stations.
