Job Description

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences Do you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dedicated customer service team as a Customer Service Representative!

At Rikecool, we take pride in delivering top-notch service to our valued customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face and voice of our company, creating lasting impressions through warm greetings and friendly interactions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer receives the assistance they need promptly and efficiently.

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Working time: Mon-Fri (10am to 7pm) | Saturday (10am 2pm)

Responsibilities:


- Greet customers with a warm and friendly welcome, making them feel valued and appreciated from the moment they walk in.

- Address customers enquiries and concerns, providing sound advice and effective solutions to meet their needs.

- Manage customers expectations and requests, going the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction.

- Conduct visual inspections on vehicles during takeovers, ensuring a seamless handover process.

- Liaise with film installers to coordinate and execute job requirements accurately.

- Inform customers about the collection time of their vehicles, keeping them informed every step of the way.

- Handle payment collections and settlements efficiently and accurately.

- Perform outgoing checks with customers during vehicle handovers, ensuring all details are covered.

- Update and maintain the appointment schedule, ensuring optimal time management and service efficiency.

Requirements:


- Previous experience in customer service or automotive industry is advantageous.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.

- Strong problem-solving abilities, able to provide practical solutions and resolve customer issues.

- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills to manage appointments and handle payments accurately.

- Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Proficient in using technology and computer applications, such as google drive and microsoft outlook, to support daily tasks.

- Good knowledge in cars is a plus.
