Customer Service Skills
- Ability to Multitask / Willing to handle multiple service calls
Ability to handle difficult customers- Ability to draft professional email respond back to customers
Have experience dealing with email correspondence thus requiring little to no supervision in vetting through the composed email
- Familiar with excel (lookup, pivot table, graph) to generate reports
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must as there will be English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking customers calling in.- 5 days (44 hours per week)
Working hours: Mon to Fri (2 shifts): 8.30am to 5.30pm or 11.30am to 8.30pm & Sat: 8.30am to 1pm
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to $2,500.00 per month
