Key Responsibilities
- Technical Troubleshooting & Support:Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues.
Plan and allocate resources for troubleshooting.
Implement risk management to ensure service efficiency.
- Client Communication & Relationship Management:Provide prompt after-sales support, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Conduct client visits to monitor service quality and assess client needs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for continued satisfaction.
- Collaborative Solution Implementation:Work with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Engage in discussions for service process improvements.
- Additional Responsibilities:Take on tasks aligned with business objectives.
Stay updated on relevant engineering principles.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a mechanical role or related industry.
Proven experience in customer service and client relationship management.
- Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Skills:Strong verbal and written communication.
Fluent in Mandarin for communication with regional stakeholders.
Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Work Schedule
- Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
- Rest Days: Saturday & Sunday
