Customer Service Representative- Working Hours: 44 hours per week
- Salary Range: $2200 - $3500 (depending on experience)
Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat- Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly
Processing orders and handling returns and exchanges
- Recording customer interactions and feedback
Assisting the sales team to achieve targets- Maintaining good customer relationships
Fluent in English and Chinese- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Relevant experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude- Sales experience is a plus, with sales commissions available
