We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Customer Service Specialist
to join our growing team. If you are a dynamic individual who enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in providing excellent service to customers and is detail oriented, we would like to invite you to consider joining our team. In this role you will be :- Answer customer calls and walk-in enquiries. There is
no prospecting or cold calling required.
Conduct interviews for employers with caregivers and trained maids.
- Caregiver shortlisting, interview, selection and creation of biodata
Explain regulatory requirements to employers on the hiring of migrant domestic workers and agency contractual terms.- Apply for work permit for caregivers and trained maids. Liaise with relevant parties for its processing.
Conduct post-placement follow-up calls with employers and caregivvers. Counselling and mediation as needed.
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Other ad hoc operational and administrative matters
CEI holder or Willing to train and pass the Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (Basic) before starting your job. Company will sponsor course and exam fee if candidate passes.
- Possess a minimum diploma or degree from Singapore or overseas in any field.
Preferred if minimum 1 years in deskbound work in any field in Singapore. (A plus if you have prior experience in Employment agency)
- Fluent in multiple languages such as English / Chinese/ Burmese/ Behasa/ Burmese/ Tagalog/ Hindi (this is a plus)
Ability to work with MS Word and Excel.- Hardworking and have a go get it attitude
Equipped with strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Detail oriented and comfortable with important paperwork
