Key Accountabilities:· Drive Company registered vehicles to carry out daily schedules of agreed routes and timings.
· Securely destruct confidential documents. Dismantling of electronic devices and destruction of hard drive data and media
· Comply with all statutory requirements related to Road Traffic and other relevant legislation connected to the vehicle, driver's hours and digital tachograph records, vehicle weight limits, and speed limits adhering to company standard operating procedures.
· Act as a customer contact at delivery point of service, acting in a polite and courteous manner to customers and road users at all times
· Attend specific work instructions, training, and staff meetings as required
· Undertake ad-hoc duties as required and display a flexible approach to working times and shifts.
· Comply with all reasonable management requests and operate to a high professional standard reporting any incident or accident and promptly completing all other company documentation.
· Complete vehicle checks prior to use and notify any defect to General Manager by filing the appropriate documentation.
· Observe all traffic and parking regulations.
· Make daily inspections of assigned vehicle and equipment to ensure proper maintenance is performed and the vehicle is maintained in a roadworthy condition. Perform minor maintenance or make minor adjustments as necessary.
· Ensure that the driver cabin is clean at all times.
· Ensure that the drivers kit that you are allocated, is 100% accounted for and returned each day.
· Working according to the requirements of the ZircoDATA Quality System.
· Adhere to the ZircoDATA Occupational Health and Safety policies.
· Adhere to the ZircoDATA Driver Compliance Manual.
- Report real and potential problems, as well as any unsatisfactory practices, to your manager for action
Support in activities in Shred plant as required
· Other activities as directed.

Pay: $2,- 00 - $3,500.00 per month
