Our Mission Prep Team is made of enthusiastic specialists, focused on delivering a world-class service to our customers, globally. You will be part of the customer service team where the primary responsibility is to ensure that our customers queries are handled professionally and orders are placed within the expected deadlines. Our communication skills are impeccable, and we use multiple channels to communicate with our customers and internally. Our teams use various applications to process orders and to communicate with our customers efficiently
About This Role
- Handle APAC including Japan end customers/distributors querieson a wide range of topics including but not limited to delivery dates, stock availability, documentation and quotes
- Process and manage orders for our Japanese distributor partners
- Manage inbound contacts via 3 channels including phone, email and live chat
- Deal with allhypercaresituations including dealing with complaint and escalated customer cases
- Owns each case from start to finish to ensure the customer is well informed at all stages of their experience
Qualifications
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent communications skills in all aspects of customer contact
- Customer centric mindset with tNPS being a core KPI
- Takes ownership and initiative to handle customer concerns
- Demonstrates cultural awareness both internally and externally
- Can handle customer objections whilst showing empathy
- Receptive to change whilst working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently using your own initiative
- Willingness to take on tasks and work them through to completion
- A background in science would be helpful but is not necessary
