Our client is a global semiconductor provider, headquartered in South Korea with accumulated manufacturing competitiveness. They have been working with semiconductor global leaders and they plan to expand their business to Singapore as well as the SEA region.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Address customer inquiries and requests related to orders, and provide timely and accurate responses
- Manage payment inquiries, negotiate payment plans, ensure timely payments, and enhance the payment collection process
- Send shipping information to customers and update shipment summary
- Other Ad-hoc tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluent Korean language skills is required to efficiently communicate with the management team and Korean customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Location: Central Region, Singapore
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 0830hrs-1730hrs
- Salary: $3,500 to S$4,000 (To be determined based on candidate's qualifications)
