Please note, that this position requires flexibility during retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance:

  • . Welcome and assist customers warmly, providing accurate information on products, services, and promotions.
  • . Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Caring Skin's values and image.

Problem-Solving:

  • . Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner to ensure a positive customer experience.

Appointment Scheduling Support:

  • Assist in maximizing appointment bookings and scheduling for customers in an efficient, organized manner.

Product Knowledge and Enquiries:

  • . Stay updated on new products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.
  • . Professionally handle walk-in customers, incoming calls, and email inquiries.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively within the branch and across departments to fulfil customer needs and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment that values mutual support.

Customer Feedback

  • Promptly handle customer requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Engage with clients on skin condition progress, treatment updates, and appointment scheduling.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to management for continuous improvement

Store Maintenance:

  • . Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, including ensuring product displays are in order.

Requirements:

. Open to Singaporeans only

. Minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline

. At least 3-years of experience in customer service or retail sales, ideally in a fast-paced setting

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability

. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

. A positive attitude and passion for outstanding customer service

. Interest in beauty and skincare is a plus!
