Job Scope:
- Support customer inquiries and troubleshoot complaints via various means (Emails/ Calls/ WA) in a timely manner
- Schedule arrangement for after sale servicing works & follow up through reminder calls or email
- Review the service/maintenance reports and verify all findings, risks and recommendations
- Respond to customer inquiries on repairs, spare parts, and other services
- Offering and sales of repairs, retrofits & spare parts
- Provide prices and prepare quotes for customers
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions / databases
- Proactively monitor customer's orders and resolve issues before it becomes critical
- Work collaboratively with other internal departments to deliver customer's request(s)
- Build, maintain good relationship with our customers to ensure high customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Able to speak proficiently in different language)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
