Customer Service Staff (Lim Chu Kang)

Job Scope:

1. To process phytosanitary certificate applications
2. To print phytosanitary certificates
3. To attend to customer inquiries via telephone and walk-in customers at the counter
4. Submission of daily summary of inspection fee and office inspection
5. Compile monthly reports and statistics

Work Requirements:

Location: Perahu Road

.free shuttle bus daily pick-up and drop-off from Kranji and Jurong East MRT to and from APHC in the morning and evening, and also lunchtime bus.

Working Hours:

Mon - Thurs: 8.30am - 6pm

Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Contract Duration: 9 Months

Salary: $12-14/H

Job Requirements:

- Computer literate

- Experience in customer service roles
