Customer Service (Up to 2.8k + VB / 5 days / Tuition Centre)

Candidates without any experience are welcomed! On-job training will be provided once onboard.

Summary:

• Chinese Language Tuition Centre
• Location: Tampines
• Work Week: 5 days (off on Mondays & Tuesdays)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information and processing paperwork related to student enrollment and admissions
• In-charge of school fee collection and issue invoice
• Answer general inquiries from students or parents about the centre
• Handle administrative / operational tasks of the school
• Other ad-hoc admin duties

Requirements:

• Able to work in the evenings and weekends
• Bilingual in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking parents and children
• Must be comfortable taking care of the children when needed
