Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all daily air import operations and documentation.
  • Monitor air freight shipments, logistics, and trucking using the in-house system.
  • Coordinate with team members, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth transactions for all import shipments.
  • Raise cheque request and prepare payment for agent clearance shipment or to purchase permit.
  • Manage costing and billing, and ensure timely payment from customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and organized document filing.
  • Other assignment assigned by the management

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years related working experience, preferably in freight forwarding industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Exceptional customer service and follow up skills
  • Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
