Roles & Responsibilities
. Promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently. (More to container line)
. Build a strong relationship with customer.
. Communicate and follow-up with customer daily on the status of their shipments or deliveries.
. Ensure customer's requirements are communicated with operations team promptly.
. Communicate and coordinate with superior and warehouse to improve department processes.
. Ensure all emails are to be respond on time.
. Coordination with internal operation team to ensure all information/date provided to them through different system for smooth operations.
. Comply with company rules and regulation.
. Do reports that required from Superior (will advise and guide)
. Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
. At least 1 year experience in Logistics, Transportation Firm
. Preferably with some shipping procedures knowledge.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
. Able to commit on Saturday.
. Might required to work or answer calls even after work (as operation still ongoing)
. Able to work independently in a busy and fast paced environment
