Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To assign work tasks to the drivers/operators in the Operation Department.
  • To handle customers complaints, drivers and operators feedback and problems.
  • Coordinate and interface with internal and external customers on delivery/collection activities.
  • Ensuring smooth delivery of cargoes to customers/site within schedule.
  • To schedule job, set priorities, monitor job progress & tracking schedules, communicate changes on job status.
  • Application of required customs and LTA permits etc if necessary.
  • Other admin and billing functions.

Requirements

  • Min GCE N or O Levels
  • Min 1 year experience in Logistics operations
  • Able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal & communication skill
  • Computer Literate.
  • Willing to work in West Area (Company transport from Pioneer/Choa Chu Kang MRT)
