Customer Success Account Manager
Job Description & Requirements
Our client, a leading global technology company, is currently seeking a Customer Success Account Manager with Cantonese language proficiency to join their team.
In this role, you will oversee end-to-end post-sales delivery and coordinate support across the partner ecosystem, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Account teams to plan and lead discussions to define and prioritize alignment with internal teams, fostering strong working relationships with colleagues in various time zones.
- Focus on daily customer-facing activities, including planning, customer communication, scheduling, and managing bookings.
- Provide post-sales support to global customers, engaging with key business decision-makers to ensure high-quality solution planning, delivery execution, and governance.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of customer-facing experience in roles such as Customer Success, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Previous experience with technology products, including Microsoft solutions, Cloud, and SaaS. Certifications in Azure, M365, D365, or AI are advantageous.
- Cantonese language proficiency is required. Candidates with backgrounds in consulting or system integrators will also be considered.
