Customer Success Assistant - Part Time

We are looking for a Customer Registration Officer - Part Time who is reponsible for registering new customers and providing basic product information. They travel to various locations to meet with potential customers, collect neccessary documents for registration and ensure that all customer information is accurately recorded.

Responsibilities:

1. Field registration of new customers

• Collect customer information accurately
• Verify customer details for completeness
• Explain registration process to customers

2. Provide customer support and assistance

• Address customer inquiries and concerns
• Assist customers with registration forms
• Guide customers through registration process

3. Maintain customer records and databases

• Update customer information in the database
• Ensure data accurancy and confidentially
• Organize and file customer documents

Qualifications:

Experience: 0-2 years in any related field. Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
