Elevandi's initiatives have convened over 420,000 people through global dialogues, closed-door roundtables, investor programmes, educational initiatives, and research. The Singapore FinTech Festival is our flagship programme, other platforms include the Point Zero Forum, Elevandi Insights, Japan FinTech Festival, Global Financial Infrastructure Forum, Inclusive FinTech Forum, 3i Africa, Capital Meets Policy Dialogue and The Founders Peak with many more coming soon. As conveners of the global policy, finance and tech community, we are instrumental in fostering collaboration, education, and value creation at the industry and national levels.

We are looking for a motivated, organised individual to join the Customer Success team and be an important part of Elevandi's commercial process.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial opportunities in the regional markets and closing them along with the Head of Customer Success. For established Elevandi products such as the Singapore FinTech Festival and Point Zero Forum, you will be looked upon to expand the relationships with existing customers and warm prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand upon relationships with existing Elevandi customers along with the Head of Customer Success to ensure year on year product rebooking.
  • Building of commercial value propositions across Elevandi's suite of products, including corporate membership and pitching it to senior leaders in the industry.
  • Account manage new businesses through their first Elevandi cycle to ensure a positive experience and provide resolution advice where necessary, working with other business functions (e.g. Marketing, Operations)
  • Successfully achieving specified personal revenue and team targets through pitching of commercial sponsorship across Elevandi's suite of products and corporate membership.
  • Maintain the sales pipeline process and data quality through the use of Hubspot (CRM system)
  • Effectively and professionally manage outgoing calls and meetings, both by phone and face-to-face, that uncover customer needs.
  • Collaborate and work closely with the Elevandi Global content and strategy team in order to build strong product propositions.
  • Collaborate and work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns which could drive commercial opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with the industry through attending industry events, research and industry conversations.
  • Be an active member of Team Elevandi by sharing customer learnings.
  • Develop internal relationships to exceed customer expectations and provide support to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or related field
  • 3-5 years experience working in Sales, Business Development or Commercial roles. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Is a self-starter, forward-thinking, and resourceful
  • Great attention to detail, able to connect the commercial propositions of a business in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Experience in CRM systems such as Hubspot would be an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English in a business context. Command of a second language such as Chinese, German or Japanese would be an advantage
  • Experience in FinTech, in particular within the digital assets, crypto space would be an advantage
