Your future role
You will be in charge of the software project delivery life-cycle which includes contract negotiations, scope management, resource planning, project reporting, risk management and stakeholders management. Responsibilities will include:
Accomplishes strategic objectives by overseeing multiple project activities
Manage software engineering project delivery life-cycle within scope, schedule and budget using project management processes and standards
In charge of the various stages of projects covering requirements gathering, design, software development, delivery, integration, data migration and maintenance services
Map out the overall project management plan and ensure that the roles and responsibilities, objectives, commitment, deliverables, schedule and risks are clearly understood and communicated to team members and customers
Maintain the relationship with all stakeholders, both internally and with customers, provide regular and accurate progress updates und problem reporting
Participate in pre-sales activities
What you need to succeed
Degree in Computer Science or a related field
At least 2 years relevant experience in the IT industry
You have a strong customer service mindset and customer empathy
You're organized and always approach tasks with a positive attitude
Understanding of the project life cycle, project documentation, and project standards
Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies
A strong sense of accountability
You can manage complex organizational dynamics
Professional project management certification (e.g. PMP or similar certification etc.) is a plus
Proven track record in managing projects. Ideally in the health care sector
Hands-on attitude
Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Must currently be based in Singapore
