Are you a seasoned Customer Success Manager who speaks fluent Korean

Or an Account Manager/Business Development Manager interested in moving into a Customer Success Manager role

A market-leading Financial services software company are looking for a Customer Success Manager who speaks fluent Korean to join.

Your role will be to drive client satisfaction and retention within the Korean market. You'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing high-value clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our financial services information solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Account Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand existing client accounts, increasing revenue and market share.
  • Product Expertise: Become a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on our products and services to address their specific needs.
  • Client Success Strategy: Develop and implement tailored client success plans to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Native-level proficiency in Korean
  • Client first attitude
  • Prior experience in a Customer Success or Business development role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with SaaS-based solutions or financial services information providers is preferred but not essential
