Job Description

Title: Customer Success Engineer

Location: Singapore/ West

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships and site deployments, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting of technical issues.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand technical needs, provide support, and recommend solutions.
  • Lead the implementation of video analytics solutions, conduct training, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Administer the platform, manage user accounts, and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Work with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback for product improvement.
  • Mentor interns and contribute to process documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to improve customer success strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer success or technical account management.
  • Strong background in software development or technical support.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Service-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
  • Freshers with good communication and problem-solving skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with their own transportation are preferred.
  • Valid driving license
