Job Description

Job Description & Requirements

- Assigned to Business Development Manager as their Sales Support

- Provide RFQ, source rate with airline and oversea agents

- Daily shipping co-ordination of AIR/SEA/Cross Border /3RD PARTY shipments

- To handle billing advise and recoveries

- Administrative support (filing, circulation, preparation/generate report and etc.)

- To undertake new projects/new assignment given from time to time

- To represent sales department in various taskforce/committee

- Other duties as assigned by the Department Manager

Job Requirement

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong ownership and sense of responsibility
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excel skills will be an advantage
