Customer Support Associate, DSC

DSC Clinic (31 Kelantan Lane), our outpatient clinic for the diagnosis, treatment and control of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) in Singapore.

Roles and Responsibilities

. Attend to caller's enquiries and answer basic STI related queries

. Provide relevant service information to callers

. Ensure basic telephone standards are adhered to

. Assist in appointment booking via phone calls, email/online and referrals from other healthcare institutions

. Monitors appointment bookings and ensures an even distribution of appointments

. Assists in registration, billing and appointments booking of patients at the Public Clinic

Job Requirements

. GCE N Level and above

. At least 1 year of call centre work experience

. Good communication skills, typing and computer skills.
