This role is responsible to coordinate and facilitate service attendance for clients across the Asia Pacific region. In collaboration with the Service/Team Manager and Field Service Engineers, this role will work towards achieving departmental objectives and key performance indicators. Additionally, this role is to manage commercial aspects related to departmental activities.

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company administrative guidelines and procedures.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration within and between departments.
- Facilitate and support service jobs planning, coordination and implementation
- Manage incoming emails in the CRM system, organizing and archiving customer correspondence; manage internal projects and improvement process.
- Administer visa applications and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate service support and spare parts sales activities using the ERP system, while assisting in both internal and external customers matter and any other ad-hoc assigned duties.
Qualifications And Experience
- Minimum Diploma in any fields
- At least 1 year experience in administrative / technical related sector
- Professional working etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Meticulous and customer-oriented person
- Ensure customers satisfaction and experience with quality service
