Job Description

5 day work week

Location: Kallang

Responsibilities

  • Perform Level 1 corrective maintenance, both onsite and remotely
  • Execute scheduled preventive maintenance programs
  • Install, configure, maintain and support gaming systems, equipment and machines either remotely or onsite
  • Assist with assignments and special projects as requested (local or overseas), ensuring operational efficiency and minimal customer downtime
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by prioritising and addressing service issues based on their severity and customer importance
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand and address their needs
  • Create and update service tickets using the footprints system
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with teammates

Requirements

  • Diploma/ITE/Certificate or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, Computer System engineering, or mechatronics
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related electronics industry or a gaming technician background is advantageous
  • A valid class 2b or class 3 driving license to transport spare parts to client site
  • Willingness to work on alternate weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to travel overseas when required
