My client is a global Bank, looking to hire a dedicated Retail Support Officer that will be responsible for supporting sales operations, handles customer inquiries, processes transactions, and maintains the bank's brand.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat and provide prompt and knowledgeable answers to customer questions.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience working in the banking or financial institution as a Customer Support Officer is preferred.
