Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Assist with customer onboarding and training
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the team
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
- Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English and at least one other language spoken in SEA
