Cyber Architecture Engineer

The Security Architect Head will shape and manage security architecture across all layers of the organization's systems, protecting critical assets and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

. Act as the security architecture expert, ensuring alignment with regulations.

. Design, implement, and maintain robust security solutions across various layers, including OS, applications, infrastructure, and integrations.

. Establish multi-layered security controls to build resilience.

. Conduct reviews to strengthen the security posture and ensure regulatory compliance.

. Develop and oversee the organization's cloud security strategy using modern technologies and native services.

. Mentor and develop the Security Engineering team, fostering a learning culture.

. Engage with stakeholders to integrate security into business solutions and manage expectations.

Requirements:

. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Security.

. 12+ years of experience, with 5+ years in security architecture and 3+ years in team leadership.

. Proficient in AWS Cloud Security Engineering and DevSecOps SDLC.

. Security certifications like CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CISA, or AWS Certified Security are preferred

. Hands-on experience in managing complex security engineering and solution implementation in the FI industry is an advantage

. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry practices (e.g. MAS TRM Guidelines, MAS Cyber Hygiene etc.)
