Job Title: Cyber Risk Associate, Singapore Hub

The Opportunity:
The role will be part of our global Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS) advisory unit and will work closely with the Cyber ZRS teams, Cyber Underwriting teams on global, regional, and local levels, as well as brokers and customers. Zurich Singapore is one of our Commercial Insurance Hubs, and we service clients across Asia from here. You will play a pivotal role in continuing our journey towards offering cyber resilience risk solutions to organizations and developing Zurich Resilience Solutions as a trusted brand in this space. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our Cyber Resilience risk solutions consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Cyber Risk Assessments by evaluating clients environments to understand cyber exposures, risks, and potential losses.
Provide guidance and support to clients for cyber risk management, risk mitigation, and cyber strategy development.
Offer technical advice to cyber underwriters and other stakeholders both inside and outside the business.
Deliver consultancy services on Information Security Governance across multiple industries.
Assist clients in achieving an adequate level of information security maturity.
Support business development activities including writing and presenting proposals.
Develop and promote Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS) Cyber Services propositions.
Represent and promote Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS) at cybersecurity events.
Support internal cybersecurity projects to contribute to digital transformation and the continuous improvement of methodologies and tools.
Engage with stakeholders to provide comprehensive solutions and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Degree in Cybersecurity or equivalent work experience of minimum 2 to 3 years.
First experience in information security, risk assessment or in a comparable environment is preferred.
Knowledge in Cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance.
Familiarity with cybersecurity assessment frameworks such as the NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT or CIS.
Knowledge, insight, and understanding of cybersecurity concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business.
Interest in advisory topics and a deep technical understanding gained through training or other experience.
Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Able to build reliable relationships with our customers and to build and maintain a network of professional contacts.
Business proficiency level in English, Mandarin and Japanese is essential to build relationships and communicate with multilingual clients.
Experience in cyber insurance helpful but not required.
